United Nations Deputy Secretary-General Mrs Amina Mohammed is in Maiduguri to see Governor Babagana Zulum of Borno State.
Mrs Mohammed accompanied by few members of the UN senior management group, comprising of Senior Advisers and Executive Directors held a brief meeting behind closed doors at VIP protocol lounge of the Maiduguri International Airport.
It was said that the UN was in the state to see the resettlement programme there following the displacement of hundreds of thousands of people as a result of insurgency.
