Sudden deaths in Rivers state linked to Covid-19

Two people were on Wednesday confirmed dead in weird occurrences in Rivers State.
The incident occurred at the Refinery Junction in Eleme.

One of the deceased, a woman in her 60s slumped after hoping down from a commercial motorcycle, while the second man around 70 years old, died after alighting from a commercial vehicle.
According to the son of the man, his father was at Eleme to withdraw money at a bank.
The deaths have been linked to Covid-19.
Nigeria recorded 1,354 new infections on Tuesday, the highest daily figure since the start of the pandemic.
