The precarious nature of an emotional luggageper time is such a one that no native can afford to wittingly allow for downright deposit and the dispatch of the same in the daily realities of life.

In these COVID-19 pandemic days, there is always an ecosystem in operation either by choice or by force!. It has the capacity to sponsor the good, the bad and the ugly. After COVID-19, there shall be another ecosystem developed by every native based on certain realities. Dynamism is the rule of the game.  Claiming ignorance at any point is in fact an ecosystem on its own; one cannot afford to be unconcerned in the issue at stake at any given point in time.

21 natural watch lists and wisdom for natives against an emotional luggage at COVID-19

1.      We are emotional beings capable of manifesting hate, love, fear, flight and fight, depending on what comes our way.

2.      To establish presence as an individual, youmust set a template for deliberate lifestyle resenting any symptom of an emotional luggage. People would certainly need to know and meet you whole per time!

3.      To connect with the abundance in the universe requires your input inside-out!No intimidation; no contamination! Nothing else and nothing less!

4.      Our energy flows through the emotion we exude and communicate on a daily basis; as natives, wherever our attention goes, there our energy flows! There is no emotionally unaccounted space. Find your flow and occupy your floors. Nature abhors vacuum.

5.      The pursuit of meaning matters a whole lot especially at these critical times. Behaviorally speaking, you are a major player in the game of life; so see yourself as a behavioral integer and never an emotional fraction!

6.      It is sight for size- the way you see it affect the way you do it!. You can never appear as a moth hill within only to emerge as a mountain without in real terms. The opportunity you cannot see and fathom within, you may never be able to capture without.

7.      To redefine one’s personal equilibrium position per time requires creativity and industry without the seams. What you offer on the plate per time is either the good, the bad or the ugly. Be your own judge first before others interface

8.      To balance one’s mood and get going in the face of adversity calls for your audacity and levels of authority in manifestation. As you exude energy daily, learn to major on your compelling strengths as against expatiating on your most dominant weaknesses.

9.      When you need to develop certain behavioral shock absorbers to weather through the effect of an incursion into your behavioral balance, never pretend or shy away from the realities on ground. COVID-19 pandemic flaws may never forgive an infringement.

10.    Your energy must be deliberately kept in place and in proper definition without defilement giving the necessary frameworks within you for appreciable fireworks without. It can only become a forceful fire when it is first framed. In the days of pressure, learn to be in charge of your treasure.

11.    To arrest the deviations from your Normal Personality Curve (NPC), handle disruptions; avoid undue distortions as you manage your distraction well. Recognize each one per time as you do the needful immediately.

12.    To ensure a new definition in harmony with your personal characteristics, the need for mindfulness is critical in the art of manifesting. Raising your game per time is not an accidental jackpot– there can be no dispatch without a design! Sit out in other to sit up for new realities; only depths call for heights.

13.    To safeguard your inner culture and custom, know that proactivity is fundamental. That attitude of waiting till the chips are down is a sign of emotional weakness. This is sheer invitation to frequent undue accumulation of the bad and the ugly stuff.

14.    To create a soft landing for your worth in a new space or position COVID-19 brings, know that you are first a receptacle and then act afterwards as transmitter; deposit within must never contravene or contaminate the delivery without.

15.    To overhaul your personae to a new status and reflect your compelling power points statements in life calls for frankness and meekness at the same time…accepting a provision is not the same as altering a position

16.    To rejig your composure and connect with your courtesiesis not a passport to ‘swallowing’anything at first impression. It is simply swimming through the tide without getting drowned.

17.    To enjoy the low hanging fruits in a given scenario brought to you by the orchestrations of COVID-19 Pandemic, open your inner eyes; concentrate on the inner motionsand vibrate in hot energies towards the pursuit of a worthy goal that delivers the intervention. This is critical leadership without the seams,

18.    To keep yourself in check within bounds when under certain irresistible circumstances is both a virtue and a value statement, when you don’t stand for something, you surely would fall for everything. Acceptance by all at all times is never a sign of great leadership.

19.    To condescend to the level of people around without an all-time fracas is a major course everyone in the pandemic must pass based on the level emotional intelligence; know thyself and never lose your head.

20.    To meet up with certain deadlines and obey the rules of timelines dictated by the relevant authorities around your purview is a task that must be done. Social distancing, emotional distancing, the washing of hands frequently with alcohol based hand sanitizers among others is far better than cooling off under the nudge of the respirator. Be wise.

21.    To regain and recover a previous position as you bounce back to definition is a value system you must keep in place as you occupy new space. Never compromise your previous goals in an attempt to raise your game. You are as good as your transition and great as your foundation.

Last line: Each of these 21 watch lists and wisdom has a biometrics provided upon request. Do you have issues with your current emotional ecosystem or entangledwith an emotional luggage that is not letting go? Fixing it in COVID-19 Pandemic realities is not a game of chance, you must be deliberate. Seek immediate support without shelving anything aside.Request for this incentives from james1kom@gmail.com to maintain synch; NEVER must you corrupt your personality or compromise your values because of COVID-19 Pandemic. Remember, you are first a behavioral integer and never an emotional fraction! Africa shall be great and Nigeria has a greater future….To be continued.
