HEALTH BENEFITS OF AVOCADO

Avocado is a type of berry, greenish or yellowish in colour mainly grown in warm climates and from the family Lauraceae.
It is widely known as a “butter fruit” or “Alligator pear” and is rich with a range of health benefits.
Avocado are rich in vitamis C, E, K, B6 and are sources of riboflavin, niacin, folate, magnesium and potassium. They equally have beta carotene, which helps to improve vision and eye health and Omega -3 Fatty acids, which are energy source and helps to keep your heart, lungs, blood vessels and immune system working as they should.
Avocado may help to maintain the level of healthy Cholesterol as it contains Beta sitosterol which are important for heart heart and functions.
Fibre in Avocado helps to improve bowel movement which is good for natural toxin eradication through stool or bile. They help in the prevention of constipation, lower the risk of colon cancer, reduce inflammation and improves digestion.
Avocado oil are majorly used in cooking but can be incorporated in creams, moisturizers and sunscreens. They nourish and moisturize the skin, relieves inflammation from psoriasis and eczema, prevention and treatment of acne, wound treatment, sunburn, reduce ageing and prevents dandruff.
The vitamin B6 and folic acid in Avocado helps to reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases. They are equally rich in Monounsaturated fatty acids which helps to improve heart health, has anti inflammatory properties and reduces the risk to Obesity.
