Niger Governor Promises Potable Water, Quality Education, Improved Healthcare, asks residents to endure ‘painful policies’

The Governor of Niger State has announced plans to provide essential services such as potable drinking water, quality education, a robust healthcare system, and promote tourism and cultural activities.

Governor Mohammed Bago expressed his commitment to implementing policies that may be tough and painful for some individuals, urging them to view these measures as contributions to the betterment of society.

In a statement issued by his chief press secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, the governor emphasized the significance of tourism and cultural activities in the state’s development agenda.

He assured the people of Niger that their culture would reign supreme in the world, while also highlighting his urban renewal policy aimed at rebranding the Nupe Kingdom.
