How to Prepare Soursop Leaves Tea
Get 5–7 fresh or dried soursop leaves, 2–3 cups of water. Honey or lemon for taste (optional)
Instructions:
1. Wash the soursop leaves thoroughly to remove dirt.
2. Boil the water in a pot or kettle.
3. Add the soursop leaves to the boiling water.
4. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10–15 minutes.
5. Remove the pot from heat and let the tea cool for a few minutes.
6. Strain the tea into a cup.
7. Add honey or lemon for flavor, if desired.
Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before consuming soursop leaves tea. Excessive use may lead to side effects such as nausea or low blood pressure.
