Osinbajo, Dangote, Tejuoso to grace UNILAG at 60 celebrations in Lagos

Nigeria’s Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo will be the Chief Guest of Honour at the auspicious dinner and awards to mark the 60th anniversary celebration of the University of Lagos.
Slated for Saturday, 26th November, at the prestigious Continental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, the Diamond Jubilee event will be graced by Alhaji Aliko Dangote, President/CE of Dantoge Group as Chairman of the occasion.
In a press statement issued Friday night, Chairman of the Organising Commttee and first Vice President of the University of Lagos Alumni Association, Dr. (Chief) Fassy A. O. Yusuf said the event is designed to be a gathering of Unilag’s galaxy of most prominent alumni cum alumnae, and who-is-who in the country.
He said the spectacular event will be attended by alumni and alumnae of the University from all walks of life including the Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu and his wife, Pro-Chancellor of the University, Senator (Dr.) Lanre Tejuoso and Vice Chancellor, Prof. Folasade Ogunsola.
Distinguished alumni and alumnae including the Akarigbo of Remoland, Oba Adewale Ajayi, will be conferred with awards while National President of the University of Lagos Alumni Association, Dr. John Momoh, is the chief host.
