Almond tree originated from the middle East, India and North Africa. They thrive best in Mediterranean Climates.

Almonds are rich source of Vitamin E which contains antioxidants that fight against free radicals in the body and thereby preventing oxidate damage .
Almonds are low in carbohydrates, but rich in proteins, healthy fats and fibre which aids weight loss by making you feel full for a longer period.
Almonds are rich in Calcium, Vitamin K, Zinc, Copper, Protein, Manganese which are essential for bone health.
