Situated on the sea, till several years ago the seat of Sinpho City transported elsewhere lots of filth which resulted from one’s living and buried it there.
But heaps of dirt have turned into treasures since the building of the Sinpho City Filth Disposal Works.

The labor and management of the works remodeled their machines on their own and produced quality blocks with filth, thus freeing the city of environmental pollution, contributing actively to its construction and face-lifting it. The blocks are said to be as good as those blocks made with aggregate.
The case is similar to the Sinpho City Organic Compound Fertilizer Factory which stands side by side with the SCFDW.
The SCOCFF pulverizes shells rich in the city and turns out good-quality fertilizer.
It also speedily builds a process for the production of vinyl sheets with waste vinyl at its final stage. On completion it will greatly help toward environmental protection further.
