Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities: Efficiently manage and organize the ED’s schedule, updating the diary as needed. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including research, material preparation, and follow-up actions. Prepare meeting documentation and take accurate minutes. Organize travel, accommodation, and transportation for the ED, ensuring smooth itineraries. Develop and maintain an effective filing system, handling confidential files and electronic correspondence. Draft correspondence on behalf of the ED, including letters and general replies. Act as the primary point of contact between the ED and external customers. Handle phone calls, take messages, and manage correspondence on behalf of the ED.
Requirements for Personal Assistant Jobs in Lagos at Atlantic Oil and Gas A First Degree from a reputable university; additional qualifications are advantageous. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar administrative position. Ability to work efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong communication abilities. Proficient in MS Office software systems (Outlook, Word, Excel). Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills. High level of discretion and confidentiality maintenance. Strong planning and time management abilities.
Remuneration for the Personal Assistant Jobs in Lagos at Atlantic Oil and Gas. Competitive monthly salary ranging from N150,000 to N170,000.
