Drinking vegetables for some people is more palatable than eating them and it is an easier way to increase your vegetables intake.

There are lots of vegetables that can be added to smoothies with amazing benefits.

Vegetables are good for the body and they are loaded with vitamins and minerals that improves the general body metabolism.

Spinach is a high iron, vitamins A,  C and folate content. It is an amazing vegetable used in preparing smoothing and it supports bone and heart health, aids digestion, and promotes healthy skin and hair. Kale vegetable is packed with vitamins A, C, and K, including  antioxidants and fiber. It lowers inflammation, supports eye and bone health, and helps detoxify the body.

Carrots is one of the most popular vegetable for smoothie which is rich in beta-carotene, vitamin A, and fiber. They improve eye health, boost immune function, and promote healthy skin. Cucumbers are essential vegetables, they keep the body hydrated and are low calories vegetables.  They’re a good source of vitamin K, antioxidants, and hydration, promote digestion, and improve skin health.

Beets are rich in antioxidants, fiber, and vitamin C. They support liver function, lower blood pressure, boost exercise performance, and promote a healthy heart.
