Katsina Government Collaborates with Architects, Other Professional Bodies, Set to train 10,200 Artisans

The Katsina State government is collaborating with Interior Designers Association of Nigeria (IDAN), Nigeria Institute of Architecture (NIA), Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) Katsina chapter and Nigerian Association of Engineering Craftsmen (NAEC), to launch an Interior Furniture Expo in Katsina, with a view to training 10,200 artisans.
This was disclosed by the Kastina State Project Coordinator, Faisal Jafar Rafindadi on Monday in Abuja during an exclusive interview with Nature News.africa.
According to Mr. Rafindadi, the essence of the partnership is to create local contents that will put Nigeria at the forefront of interior world furniture.
The intervention is Supported by His Excellency, the Governor of Katsina state, Rt. Hon. Aminu Bello Masari OFR. Dallatun Katsina.
The Katsina Interior and Furniture Expo, scheduled to take place on December 19, 2022, is the Universal Exhibition established in Katsina State of Nigeria, for people who are business inclined to venture into interior and furniture business within the state and the Nation at large.
