Heavy rain, windstorm disrupt agitations in Osogbo

Heavy rain and wind storm interrupted agitators at the popular Nelson Mandela Freedom park via Old garage area of Osogbo, Osun State.

The Nation reports that the rain dispersed agitators of Yoruba Nation on Saturday, stormed the streets of Osogbo to agitate for freedom of Yoruba Nation.

Popular Yoruba rights activist, Sunday Adeyemo also known as Sunday Igboho, was not able to address the agitators as a result of the heavy rain.

When other leaders tried to address the agitators, heavy rain started and it dispersed supporters from the venue.

While it was raining, thunderstorms made it impossible for supporters to gather, they should run for cover.
