The President of Nigeria and Chairman of ECOWAS, Bola Ahmed Tinubu is set to address COP28 with over 70,000 World Leaders, Presidents, Ministers, UN Leadership, INGO, Climate change Advocates, participants, observers and press in Dubai, UAE.
President Tinubu is joined by the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Dr Betta Edu, Minister for Foreign Affairs, Minister of Environment, Minister of Finance among other top Nigeria Government Officials at the COP28.
