Goods worth millions destroyed as fire razes Next Cash & Carry in Abuja

Fire has destroyed the building of popular Next Cash & Carry supermarket located in the Jahi area of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

The supermarket is one of the largest in the Nigerian capital.

Goods worth millions of naira have grossly been affected by the fire.

When contacted the Federal Fire spokesperson, Ugo Huan, confirmed the incident to the Punch.

She said the Federal Fire Service has turned out firefighters to the scene and are currently battling the fire.
