A fuel station, AA Rano, along the Abuja-Lokoja highway was gutted by fire on Sunday, the FCT Police Command has confirmed.
According to the FCT Police Command, in a statement, police officers and firefighters arrived on time to put out the fire.
The Police Public Relations Officer, Josephine Adeh, said, “A fire incident has occurred at an AA Rano fuel station. The fire broke out while a fuel tanker was fuelling the station.
“Police operatives, firefighters and other emergency responders were on the ground to put out the fire and ensure minimal damage for individuals and properties.”
