The management of the FCT water board has announced that an emergency maintenance exercise will be carried out at lower Usman Dam.
The management made the announcement through a statement released to journalists on yesterday.
The exercise will begin tomorrow Tuesday, 10 January and end on Thursday, 12 January.
Areas to suffer water disruption are Maitama, Asokoro, Garki 1, Garki 2, Kubwa 1, Kubwa 2, Airport and Gwagwalada.
Following this exercise, the board has advised residents to store water for the period of the maintenance.
It also assured residents that water supply services will resume January 14.
