In an Instagram post, @mikechanofficial, who has 2,300,000 followers, describes himself as an alternative health coach who teaches activities for well-being.
In the video he shared, among others, he is shown pushing his stomach together with both hands to prevent obstructions, which he says strengthens the body’s defenses against sickness and disease. In order for the workout to be effective, he recommended that food be avoided for 24 or 48 hours. Since then, the post has received 2,300,00 views, 83,495 likes, 962 comments, and 58,400 shares.
