Environment minister assures collaboration with NatureNews Africa on climate issues

The Minister of state for environment, Barr. Sharon Ikeazor, has said the ministry is ready to partner with NatureNews Africa on environment matters.
Ikeazor spoke through her representative, Mr Lawrence T. Adigwe, who is the Director of Human Resources Management of Ministry of Environment.
While speaking at the first anniversary of NatureNews Africa and the unveiling of ClimateAfrica magazine on Tuesday in Abuja, Adigwe alluded NatureNews management efforts for such project which involves the environment.
While conveying the goodwill message from the Minister, Adigwe assured future partnership with NatureNews Africa. He said the ministry will be using the newspaper and the magazine for reporting environment-related issues and creating solutions that will make the environment habitable for human beings.
“The ministry of environment is ready to partner with NatureNews by using the newspaper and magazine contents to ensure adequate cleanliness of our environment, climate change and sustainable earth which are aligned with the ministry’s agenda,’’ the minister said.
NatureNews is one of Africa’s foremost online newspaper focusing on the environment and sustainable development.
