CSR: Tantita promotes community peace, builds Divisional Police station in Delta State

As a way of promoting community peace and development, Nigeria’s leading Security outfit, Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, has built and handed over a Police Station for the Ugborikoko Division, in Uvwie local government area of Delta.

The Divisional Police Station, which was built as part of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) gesture, was commissioned at the weekend.

Speaking on the station during the commissioning, Managing Director of TANTITA Security Services,High Chief Kestin Pondi, expressed delight over the successful completion and handover of the station. He described the event as one of celebration for the people of Ugborikoko, and reaffirmed TANTITA’s commitment to promoting peace and security in Nigeria.

Also in a post on his Facebook handle, Pondi noted that the building and handing over of the police station is a symbol of Tantita’s unwavering commitment to security, peace, and community development.

He wrote: “Today marks a significant milestone in our journey at Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited. We are beyond proud to commission the new Ugborikoko Divisional Police Station—a symbol of our unwavering commitment to security, peace, and community development.

“This station is more than just bricks and mortar. It’s a tangible manifestation of what can be achieved when communities, governments, and the private sector unite with a common purpose. For us, it’s about creating safe spaces where citizens and officers alike can thrive, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their background, has the opportunity to live in security and peace.

“Since 2022, our mission has always gone beyond security—it’s about contributing to national prosperity and local empowerment. As we hand over this new facility, we’re reminded that true progress isn’t just in improving infrastructure, but in uplifting the very people who protect it. With state-of-the-art facilities, cutting-edge technology, and an unwavering focus on operational efficiency, this police station is built to serve you—our community.

Commissioning the edifice, the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Kayode Egbetokun, represented by the Assistant Inspector-General of Police, Zone 5, AIG Salma Garba Dogo, commended TANTITA Security Services, the Chairman of the company, High Chief Government Ekpemupolo, and the company’s Managing Director, High Chief Kestin Pondi, for their generous contribution and unwavering support for security and development in the region.

Egbetokun, remarked that the new divisional police headquarters is not just a building, but a vital step toward safeguarding lives and property in the Ugborikoko area. He emphasized that the gesture reflects deep community trust in the police and a shared commitment to maintaining peace, law, and order by the company.

“To the officers and men of the Ugborikoko Division, this structure is more than just a place to work—it’s a symbol of hope and partnership,” he stated.
