COP27: Egypt, Japan deliberate on resolving climate-related issues

Egyptian Foreign Minister, Sameh Shoukry and Yoshimasa Hayashi, Japanese Minister of Foreign Affairs are set to continue pushing forward to ensure climate issues are resolved.

The two top diplomats discussed this in a video conference on Sunday.

According to a statement made available to newsmen, through the Egyptian Foreign Ministry, the two top diplomats exchanged views on the latest regional and international developments, as well as climate issues and the ongoing preparations for the upcoming 27th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP27), which will be held in Egypt in November 2022.
