Caleb Ewan Signs One-Year Deal with Ineos Grenadiers
Australian sprinting star Caleb Ewan has joined British cycling team Ineos Grenadiers on a one-year contract for the 2025 season.
The 30-year-old, known for his explosive speed, has an impressive record that includes stage wins at the Tour de France, Giro d’Italia, and Vuelta a España. Ewan has also twice finished on the podium at the iconic Milan-San Remo one-day Monument.
After two seasons with Australia’s Team Jayco–AlUla, where he secured four victories in 2024, Ewan is eager to recapture his peak form with Ineos.
“In 2025, my goal is to return to winning big races,” Ewan said. “It’s been a few years since I’ve won some of those major events, but I firmly believe I have it in me.”
Ewan’s last win came in August 2024 during stage two of the Vuelta a Burgos.
John Allert, CEO of Ineos Grenadiers, expressed confidence in Ewan’s abilities, calling him “a proven winner” and “one of the great sprinters of this generation.”
With 63 professional wins to his name, Ewan will be looking to make a strong impact on the global stage in 2025 as he joins one of the sport’s most high-profile teams.
