The frontline environment sustainability media organisation, NatureNews has announced a strategic partnership with the Abuja Interior and Furniture Expo (AIFE) in a move to promote the growth and development of furniture makers and Nigeria’s furniture industry.
The agreement to this effect was finalised at a recent meeting in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.
The agreement marks a new chapter in the efforts to enhance the sector’s visibility and innovation in the country.
The meeting, held between NatureNews Managing Director, Rasheed Yusuf, and Faisal Jafar Rafindadi, Coordinator of AIFE. Both parties aligned their goals to support the industry.
NatureNews will leverage its expertise to showcase the latest developments, products, and innovations in the sector while AIFE will provide a robust platform for exhibitors to connect with a broader audience.
Expressing excitement about the partnership, Rafindadi said, “We are thrilled to explore this partnership with NatureNews. This collaboration will enhance the expo’s impact and provide valuable opportunities for exhibitors and visitors alike.”
Speaking along same direction, Yusuf emphasized NatureNews’ commitment to the industry, saying, “We are committed to supporting the growth of the furniture industry in Nigeria. Our partnership with AIFE will help achieve this goal.”
The meeting was attended by tother persons, including Hajiya Fatima Abbas, Organizer of AIFE, Engr. Dr. Hayatu Bashir, Project Consultant, and Michael Frederick Aduku, AIFE staff.
Their collective participation underscores the importance of the partnership in driving the industry forward.
This collaboration between both parties is poised to create new opportunities for growth and innovation in Nigeria’s furniture industry, providing a vital boost to local manufacturers and designers.
The partnership is expected to significantly boost 2024 Abuja Interior and Furniture Expo, scheduled to take place from December 6th to 8th at the Moshood Abiola International Stadium, Abuja.
