Minister Commits to Collaborative Approach for Water, Sanitation Development

The Federal Government of Nigeria has unequivocally affirmed its unwavering commitment to an open-door policy, designed to foster teamwork and forge robust partnerships with stakeholders, aimed at expediting the development of water and sanitation across the nation.

This resolute stance was articulated by the Minister of Water Resources and Sanitation, Engr. Prof. Joseph Terlumun Utsev, in tandem with his counterpart Minister of State, Bello Muhammed Goronyo.

These declarations were made on Monday, following their inauguration by the President in the nation’s capital, Abuja.

In his address, Engr. Utsev effusively acknowledged the dedication, resourcefulness, and pivotal contributions of the Ministry’s esteemed staff and its array of agencies.

Gratitude was extended to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the privilege of serving Nigeria in this vital capacity.

Moreover, Engr. Prof. Utsev resoundingly asserted his commitment to prioritizing staff growth through comprehensive training, promotions, and the provisioning of requisite tools and equipment, all aimed at amplifying the efficiency and efficacy of service delivery.
