Kenya on Saturday held a remarkable animal census of all animals in the country.
All wildlife on land and sea is being counted to help Kenya’s conservation plans and tourism.
Kenya is home to vulnerable and endangered various species including most dangerous animals lions, giraffes and the world’s only two surviving northern white rhino species.
BBC reports from marine parks and forest reserves of coastal Kenya said the census is also a transit route for migratory whales, dolphins and endangered turtles.
