PREPARATION OF RASPBERRY JUICE
Ingredient:
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries (Choose ripe and plump)
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup sugar (optional)
Wash the raspberries and remove the stems.
Add the raspberries to a blender along with 1/2 cup of water and 1-2 tablespoons of sugar (optional).
Blend on high until the raspberries are completely pureed.
Pour the raspberry puree through a fine-mesh strainer to remove the seeds.
Serve or store in the refrigerator.
