Breast milk as we all know is highly beneficial for both the baby and the mother. Colostrum, which is th first milk is enriched with antibodies that helps in preventing the passage of bacteria and viruses into the body system of the baby. Breast milk contains the perfect nutrition that is required for a baby’s need.
Breast milk is unique and provides all the essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals needed for a baby’s growth and development. It adjusts its composition as per the baby’s changing needs, ensuring optimal nutrition.
It has loads of antibodies, immune cells, and other bioactive components that help protect the baby against various infections, including respiratory and gastrointestinal illnesses. It helps reduce the risk and severity of conditions like ear infections, allergies, asthma, and certain chronic diseases.

It can also aid weight loss and lower the mother’s risk of developing certain types of cancer, such as breast and ovarian cancer. It has the ability to reduce the likelihood of postpartum depression.
