By Faridat Salifu

itel Energy has unveiled two compact all-in-one (AIO) solar power systems aimed at expanding affordable clean energy access in Nigeria.

The launch took place in Lagos recently drawing distributors, EPC partners, stakeholders, and media representatives.

The company said the Power Tank 500W AIO and the 3.6kW + 8kWh AIO are designed to tackle Nigeria’s power shortages with easy-to-install and cost-effective solutions.

Lu Liang, Director for West Africa at itel Energy, said the products are part of the firm’s strategy to provide reliable and safe renewable energy options for homes and small businesses.

He added that itel has operated in Nigeria for more than a decade and is extending its reputation for affordability and accessibility from mobile technology into energy solutions.

The 500W unit includes a wall-mounted design, 10-millisecond power switching, a 1kWh lithium battery, and safety features such as overload and overheat protection.

The larger 3.6kW + 8kWh model has a hybrid-ready system, automatic load management, a two-year replacement warranty, and up to 50 percent savings on installation costs.

itel Energy plans to hold similar awareness events in Ibadan, Port Harcourt, and Warri.

PR Manager, Olaotan Fawehinmi, said the firm aims to reduce dependence on unstable grid power and expand renewable energy adoption across the country.
