In a concerted effort to boost agricultural productivity and alleviate poverty, the federal government has provided training and essential farm inputs to 243 farmers in Plateau State.
The distribution, which includes liquid fertilizers, Knapsack sprayers, seeds, agrochemicals, fish, and poultry feeds, aims to strengthen food security and enhance economic stability in the region.
Temitope Fadashemi, the Permanent Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (FMAFS), emphasized the government’s commitment to empowering smallholder farmers and promoting sustainable agricultural practices.
