The governor performed the exercise at the popular Eke Awka Market roundabout with traders.
Okoli said the youths carried out the exercise at the popular Afor-Udo Market which had been generally dirty with heaps of garbage due to high human activities.
He said the youths were determined to provide solution to the deteriorating environmental health menace in the state and the community in particular.
Okoli said drainy were also cleaned around the market while the refuse were evacuated with hired trucks to a designated dumpsite at Ekwulobia.
“We bought the tools for the clean-up with our money and we will be using them subsequently.
“We love Nanka and believe in Anambra; we are willing to participate in community development for the common good of the society,” he said.
