Fintiri inaugurates 3.2km road in Adamawa

As part of his administration’s urban renewal campaign, Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has on Monday announced the inauguration of 3.2- kilometre road in Hong Local Government Area in the state.
Speaking at the occasion, Fintiri said that the urban renewal campaign had become a reality.
“The project we are about to inaugurate is the 3.2km urban road, with fitting drainage. It is a stretch from European Quarters, Ploti, Anguwan Huasawa, Wuro Dole to Waja wards in Hong town.
“It is part of our carefully crafted policy which aims to raise the standard of our state capital to attract investors to the state and equally improve the infrastructural status of our semi-urban centres,’’ he said.
In his remarks, the Minister of FCT, Malam Muhammad Bello, commended the Fintiri-led administration for the rapid infrastructural development in the state, Environews reports.
He also congratulated the benefiting communities for having a leader who had them in his heart, with a lot of development projects.
Fintiri had earlier inaugurated Numan and Michika township roads as well as Toungo electrification project, Zumo Street and Doctors’ Quarters Road in Yola-South.
