12 Schools for Dolphin Swimming League Season 6

The Dolphin Swimming League continues to grow, with over 12 schools confirmed for Season 6 of Nigeria’s premier schools swimming tournament. The event kicks off on Saturday, October 19, at Grange School, Ikeja.

Defending champions Grange and St Saviour’s Schools will be joined by new entrants such as Riverbank, Temple, Corona, and Whitesands Lagoon, all vying for medals and honors. Other participating schools include Greensprings, Children International School, Lagos Preparatory Secondary School, Boken Aquatics, and Team UNAT.

Organized by Dynaspro Sports Promotion in collaboration with Advanta Interactive, the league receives technical support from the Lagos State Swimming Association and the Nigeria Aquatic Federation. It is also endorsed by the Nigeria Olympic Committee and the Nigeria School Sport Federation.

According to tournament coordinator Oluseyi Oyebode, the competition attracts schools from within and outside Lagos State. New schools have joined Season 6, with plans to use the tournament to select the Nigerian contingent for the 2025 International School Sports Federation Gymnasiade in Belgrade, Serbia.

“We are thrilled that the tournament continues to draw top swimmers from Lagos and beyond. This season, we have new schools joining us. Our goal is to provide a platform for students to showcase their talents and for national handlers to scout them,” Oyebode said.
