Kano residents embrace monthly environmental sanitation directive – Investigation

By JABIRU A HASSAN, Kano

Kano residents now comply with the monthly environmental sanitation exercise in order to keep their environment clean at both domestic and business places, Investigation has revealed.

This is as the officials of the ministry of environment security agents, media and other stakeholders remain vigilant to ensure the success of the programme.

Checks by our correspondent who monitored the sanitation exercise on the last Saturday of 2022 revealed that residents of Ungogo, Fagge, Dala, Kumbotso and Gwale local government areas complied with the directive as they came out and cleaned their environment in groups.
